Occupying, at the level of its ground floor, about 5,000 m2 of area, the building has a ground floor with a garden roof, standing out in the central part the volume of the main building, with 9 floors and roof, about 1400 m2 each.
This central block has an East-West orientation, with a longitudinal axis formed by the cuncurrence of two opposing concave curves. It has about 100 m of facade to the south, facing Av. 25 de Setembro; about 80m on the north façade, facing the green hillside; and about 17 m wide. The building consists in a total of 5 structural blocks.
The building consists of reinforced concrete structures, with flat slabs inclunding Cobiax voiding forms, supported by a regular grid of columns and walls. The building is founded on piles, since the soil on the surface isn't compatible with shallow foundations.
