Collected and processed Data
The companies of the Betar Group collect the data that may prove necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, namely:
a) Contact requests: identification data such as the name and email address used in the contact made;
b) Newsletter Subscription: subscriber’s email address;
c) Customers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners: identification, professional or billing data of themselves, in the case of natural persons or their representatives, in the case of legal persons, such as name, telephone, email address, data from the citizen’s card and any personal data whose processing is necessary for the processing of a contract or for the fulfillment of legal obligations;
d) Applications: identification data such as name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, country of origin; data relating to education and professional experience, such as academic degree, academic training, educational institutions, functions previously performed, and any data presented in the provided curriculum;
e) Anonymous access data to the website: consult the cookie policy.
Purposes of data processing
The processing of personal data of customers, suppliers and partners is intended for purposes directly related to the processing of the respective contracts and accounting, or business development activities, recruitment and hiring, contract management, production management, customer management, communication and presentation of proposals to current or potential customers, when required.
The processing of personal data collected through the Betar Group website is intended for the subscription and sending of newsletters and applications for the purpose of recruitment in the Group’s companies.
Transmission of personal data
Data transmission occurs with third parties such as municipal councils, municipal water and sanitation services and other public or private entities, as well as electronic contracting platforms, for procedural purposes, commercial activity, customer management, production activities, invoicing, or other purposes strictly related to the processing of contracts or the fulfillment of legal obligations, with the limitation of the data transmitted to what is considered strictly necessary for the fulfillment of such purposes.
Data may also be transmitted from customers, suppliers, subcontractors or partners to each other, when there is a common professional or commercial relationship that justifies such communication.
Personal data collected from the Betar Group’s website are not transmitted to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for the proper functioning of communication systems.
The transmission of personal data between companies in the Betar Group takes place, for the purpose of responding to requests for contacts, recruitment and marketing communications.
Personal rights over data collection
Data owners are entitled, at any time, to withdraw their consent, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given, to request access to personal data concerning them, as well as their rectification or elimination, and limitation of processing, as well as requiring data portability, when legally and contractually admitted.

They also have the right to file a complaint at any time with the competent data protection supervisory authority. For this purpose, they can contact the data protection supervisory authority in your state of residence or the National Data Protection Commission.
