Mixed-use building, within the Sky Center real estate complex of the ESCOM Group, with 25 floors above ground, with 5 floors for commerce (includes a SPA with gyms, swimming pool, 2 squash courts and a bar) and 20 floors for housing, and with 8 underground floors for parking.

At the 2nd floor, there is the terrace, connected to the ESCOM building's terrace, through a walkway consisting of a floor in a mixed steel-concrete structure. On floor -1 are located the fire deposits and on the ground floor, the generators. On the top floor there is another technical area dedicated to drinking and fire water deposits.

The building consists of reinforced concrete and composite steel-concrete frame' structures.

The columns are made of composite steel-concrete structures, obtained by HEB profiles surrounded by reinforced concrete sections.

The facades, as in the ESCOM building, are partially protected by a shading structure consisting of horizontal plates, with an aerodynamic section, in GFRC, which rest on metal plates welded on metal hangers, suspended from the edge of the slabs, or from cantilevered metal beams.
