A care home for elderly and dependent people, offering residential care and health services. It is placed in an elongated plot, 280 metres long and 45 metres wide.

The building complex has a basement for parking, storage, laundry/wardrobe, technical areas and rubbish storage; a ground floor for the residential area, technical offices, dining area and kitchen; an upper floor for the residential area and a roof terrace.

The complex comprises 5 above-ground volumes, with a rectangular shape, arranged along the plot in such a way that they join by overlapping one of their vertices, forming different angles between them, ranging from 90º to 176º. These 5 volumes correspond exactly to 5 structural blocks, made of reinforced concrete structures consisting of flat slabs supported by columns and walls located in the staircase and lift cores. Tubular steel columns were also introduced to support the slabs along the alignment of the glazing that encloses the building, inserted into the window frames. To limit deformation, pre-stressing was used in some areas of the floor slabs on the ground floor and the first floor. The foundations are shallow foundations by footings.
