Kings Tower is located 500 meters away from the Bay of Luanda, in an old industrial area, in a lot that brings together two other buildings: in the southwest, Sapiens and in the northeast, the INSS headquarters. The mixed-use building for commerce, housing and offices, called Kings Tower, is located to the southeast.

It is a building made up of a single structural block, with two underground levels, intended for parking, equipment and water tanks, and 20 elevated floors. On the ground floor there is access to the building and a parking area and, above it, there is a store floor for shops, 10 floors of offices and 8 floors of housing. At the top of the building there is a gym and technical areas. The construction of a swimming pool was planned on the flat roof.

The building's structure consist of reinforced concrete frames, with the columns arranged around a central core, which provides proper stiffness to the building. The solution of the pavements consists of flat slabs with drop panels.

The slurry walls of the basements were already built when the construction process started, as they belong to the same set of the Sapiens and INSS buildings, with whom they share a common basement. The building sits over a raft foundation, built over previously improved terrain.
