The block includes the Family Health Unit Ramada and the Personalized Health Care Unit of Odivelas.

It consists of a single-story building with a roof terrace. From a structural point of view, the building has two distinct bodies, with similar dimensions.

The building was built on flat terrain, with no constraints on the structures to be built, with the exception of the west confrontation, in which the slope of the street originates an unevenness that forced the construction of a retaining wall with variable height, reaching more 5.0m high at the lowest point of the street.

The framed structure was built with reinforced concrete, with solid flat slabs and beams on the periphery and on the border of the inner terraces, being founded using direct foundations, by footings. The majority of the façades consist of exposed concrete, a distinctive feature of this building.
