The lot was formerly occupied by a group of residential buildings demolished at the time of execution of the project, and of which only the respective facades and some walls that helps to contain the land, allowing to overcome the unevenness between the east and west limits of the lot. The main facade, to the west, and the lateral gables (both north and south) were supported by "metallic giants" inside the lot, positioned regularly throughout its length.

The development of the building in height, together with the retreat of the terrain platforms, makes the plans of the 6 new floors evolve from floor to floor, starting in an approximately rectangular shape and evolving to adopt a “U” shape on the upper floors.

The new building, for residential use, consists of a single structural body of reinforced concrete, of the framed type. An exception is the new dormer roof, in a steel structure.

The existing walls were consolidated and reinforced through concrete sheets, reinforced with galvanized steel mesh, and conveniently stapled to the existing walls.
