The Estoi Palace, built in the late 18th century, was converted into a Charm Hotel, which prompted the construction of a new area, integrating a broader landscape project.

The new constructions were designed to hold the rooms and are located mainly to the west of the current palace, with the kitchen located on the opposite side. They are arranged on platforms, in order to articulate with the palace surroundings. The new bodies have also gardened roofs, keeping harmony with the gardens. The new building's structure consists of longitudinal and transverse frames of reinforced concrete columns and beams supporting reinforced concrete flat slabs as the pavement of the floors. The project also included the new elements regarding the landscape intervention and architecture of the South Area gardens of the Estoi's Palace.

The intervention was also characterized by the extensive rehabilitation and restoration work of the palace buildings, stables and gardens.
