Bassadone Automotive Group plans to relocate all its automotive operation in Gibraltar, which includes the Bassadone Motors, the Toyota Gibraltar Stockholdings (TGS), the (AADS), the (SYSTEC) and the (BML), to the old limestone masonry warehouses in the area of the dockyard.

The existing two old buildings are autonomous industrial blocks positioned in orthogonal directions and must be refurbished to accommodate the different specifications of the automotive operation while exposing its original limestone facades to the public: renewal and preservation of architectural and industrial heritage.

The new building’s structure, including its foundations, will be of reinforced cast in-situ concrete, with some elements having post-tensioning.
