Project aim was replacing a collapsed bridge by a new bridge of much larger size - Bridge with 182.53m, with 8 spans of 21.05m and walls at the abutments - to accommodate very demanding hydraulic requirements and materialize a Work resilient to extreme weather events.
Reinforced concrete work, to be carried out using prefabricated reinforced concrete "I" beams (5 beams) on which a concrete slab "in situ" rests with the help of pre-slabs, thus seeking to avoid the use of shoring to the ground.
The deck is 10.85m wide and accommodates a cross-section consisting of 2 lanes and berms (1.95m "hard Strip" + 6.0 "two directional lanes" + 1.95m "hard Strip"). The work is founded using deep piles (600mm in diameter), adopting 10 piles in the 7 Pillars, and 18 and 12 in the A1 and A2 abutments, respectively.
This project was performed under a U.E. finance. Project which includes the improvement of the road N104.
