Betar's signature project is among the winners of the 5th Real Estate Awards.
Villa Unika, in Cascais, an apartment development by Frederico Valsassina – FVA, with structural design by Betar, was distinguished in the most recent edition of the Real Estate Awards, in two categories: Housing and Sustainability.
The Real Estate Awards are organized annually by SIC Notícias and Semanário Expresso and distinguish the best building projects in Portugal.
In all, 20 awards were given to the best projects of 2022, in 8 different categories.
The awards gala took place at the Paço dos Duques in Guimarães on October 19th.
